Tracy Sturm has been a REALTOR® since 1989, dedicating her career to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence. Her success has placed her in the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide, and in 2019, she was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for her outstanding sales achievements.

Her expertise includes residential and income properties, and she is passionate about advocating for homeowners’ rights. She often travels to Sacramento and Washington, D.C. to lobby on behalf of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, working to uphold professionalism, ethics, and policies that protect homeownership opportunities.

Personal Life

Tracy is married to Richard Sturm, and together they have two children, Zachary and Sarah, who are the joy of her life.

When she’s not assisting clients, Tracy enjoys serving at her church, singing, dancing, camping, spending time at the beach, volunteering, and making memories with her family.
