Alexander Lopez has built his career at the intersection of technology and customer service—two passions that have shaped his approach to serving clients with clarity and care. From his early days at Best Buy, where he worked his way up from customer service representative to sales manager, Alexander developed the skills and drive that would carry him into the world of insurance and Medicare planning.
He began his journey in healthcare with one of San Diego’s top-rated insurance companies, eventually partnering with Brian McArthur, President of Design My Medicare® and one of Southern California’s most recognized Medicare advisors. Today, Alexander serves as a lead agent, helping clients navigate the often-confusing world of Medicare with ease and confidence.
Using the “Medicare Execution Process”®, Alexander educates Medicare-eligible individuals—whether they’re blue-collar retirees, high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or clients referred by financial advisors—on their full range of coverage options. His technical expertise, paired with his people-first mindset, ensures every client receives personalized, transparent guidance from start to finish.
Alexander is passionate about making sure each person walks away with a clear understanding of their Medicare choices—before making any enrollment decisions. While Medicare is his primary focus, he also assists with pre-Medicare planning and individual health insurance for clients in post-retirement transition.

Personal Life
Alexander Lopez is married to his lovely wife and live in the mountains of Big Bear, CA. Outside of Medicare, he is thrilled to listen to his vinyl collection, working on electronics, garden, hiking in the mountains, and spend each and every day grateful to be with his better half.
